01: Management Trainee Officers (MTOs):
Minimum Qualification: MBA, MBIT, M.Com. Masters in Banking, Finance, Business OR 04 Years BBA Honors from HEC recognized University niversity.
Having Bi-Majors in the field of Information Technology OR Digital Banking will be given preference.
CGPA: Not less than 3.00 CGPA or 80% marks.
Experience: Not essentially required but may be preferred.
Age: Not more than 27 years as on 2024
02: Tellers:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized university in Pakistan or abroad. Preference will be given to graduates with commerce specialization.
Candidates with IT background will also be given preference.
Experience: Minimum CGPA 2.5 / 2nd Division or at least 45% marks in Graduation Degree.
Age: Not more than 27 years as on 2024
Selection Procedure:
1: The candidates shall go through a comprehensive selection process, which includes initial Short-listing strictly based on the eligibility criteria, as well as, on the basis of geographical human capital requirements of the Bank, a Computer-Based Banking Aptitude Test followed by panel interviews.
2: Successful candidates shall attend a formal and structured training process, which is a combination of class room and On The Job training, before they are placed in their respective roles.
